Participants:Please help us with conference planning by meeting the following deadlines.
October 22	Mailer Receipt Confirmation Postmarked
February 11	Event Registration & Individual Registration Forms Received
February 25	All Registration Fees & Paperwork Received
March 10	Hotel Reservation Cut- Off. Block rates are only good through this date!
March 31- April 1,2	2011 Pacific Northwest Conference!

October 5	Mailer I to be sent out and posted
January 28	Mailer II (maps, event rules, updates) to be sent out and posted
February 21	Mailer III (final schedule, parking passes, updates) to be sent out and posted
